Environmental Impact Evaluation of a Fresh Milk Production

چکیده

The study aimed to evaluate the waste impact on environment in fresh milk production activities from dairy cows rearing farms distribution process of a processing factory and selling agents, identify most significant potential for contamination environment, provide alternative improvements based environmental caused by activities. This research was conducted farmer cooperative which is an organization that produces milk. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method used analysis carried out using SimaPro 9.0.0.47 software. LCA stages were Goal Scope Definition, Inventory, Impact (LCIA), Interpretation. assessment improvement alternatives then analyzed pairwise comparison determine highest weight. results showed three categories, namely eutrophication, human toxicity soil, acidification. biggest occurs extraction process. Processing cow dung into manure prioritized recommendation reduce impact.
